as an Anonymous Society since September 1991, it is registered in the
C.C.R. of Porto (1st section) under the number 19.890, with a fully
accomplished capital of Euros 5.000.000.
The
main area for its business activity is the centre of Porto, being the
owner of several buildings and in the most diverse places in the
country, performing in distinct areas such as the creation of
industrial and storage complexes, residence, restaurants, industry,
commerce, agro-touristic and agro-cattle enterprises, etc.
